The room we booked was new-fashioned and perfect with spacious balcony, bayview, amazing views. The breakfasts were good and reasonably priced.
The hotel staff was not very helpful.

the room was modern and i had a good breakfast. booked a room with really nice balcony. the location was secluded, really close to the center and all the restaurants and shops around and restaurant and reception. it also was lucky to be almost next to the beach. they offered me great meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

Seems like paradise on earth. Spectacular scenery, tropical garden and close to an inviting blue sea.
The hotel is accessible only by boat or by walk. There is no road. Walking to the centre of the village takes about twenty minutes and it's inevitable to walk on the sand of the sea shore for about 100 metres. The staff at the reception was not very polite and I was asked to pay the hole amount of money for the room at check in.

The most appreciated thing in this hotel is its situation. You reach the hotel by the beach, the bungalows are with an open outlook in woods with a lovely view on the sea. And you are near to the town in the calm (some bungalows of others hotels are in front of the principal street)
The general conditions: the rooms are clean but would need a quick refresh to be perfect.

Very nice location at the end of the bay (quiet) and still within walking distance of all the restaurants and bars. Friendly people, hospitable, good breakfast. (Discount in off-season)
The hotel is very nice and quiet, but Ko Phi Phi is not the paradise island you would expect and hope for... Very crowded, small beaches.

Convenient hotel location
We booked a room with a double bed, gave a room with two beds, refused to change the room (no available rooms).

Fantastic hotel with good amenities. Close enough to Ton Sai village to walk in about 10-15 minutes but far enough away to get peace and quiet. Beautiful beaches, good food, excellent views and lovely rooms.
Some of the rooms were on quite a steep incline. This wasn't a problem for us but may be for people with mobility problems. They will run you up the hill by tuk tuk if you ask.

I got a garden view cottage and it's was great. It has also sea view and everything u need inc. AC and a safe. Loved the location. It's right at the end of the beach facing phi phi Leh, away from everything but just couple of hundred meters walking on the beach to reach restaurants and shops. Perfect . They offer a free boat transfer from the pier so get in touch before u arrive
The general manager, I think she was, was a bit rude. Don't know her name but I'm not talking about the young receptionist lady but the one to seem to be the boss

The Beautiful Villa was spacious and comfy, really clean too. The bed felt great after a long day. Loved the view from the room, just fine! Although, the balcony needed some attention with ants around, but it was still a nice spot to chill. A solid room for our stay.

The views from the room were amazing! Waking up to the beach right outside was a dream. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby spots.

Location is very good. Very quite at night. It resides on a small hill with tree and flower surrounding it. You have to walk up a few minutes to the small hill from the beach but it is ok for the youngs like us. The room is very clean and the sightseeing is good. We met a cat sleeping there to welcome us which is really a surprise. Just feel good for such price.
reserved only one day. After check in, we felt good and asked for another night while rejected with reason of no available room. But from the Booked.net, we booked another room successfully. Not sure what the reason is. The staff is not friendly.
